Directions: Make sure the material is held firmly in place by securing it in a vise so edge is kept square. Grasp scraper with both hands and tilt top of scraper slightly toward you so that it doesn't chatter when scraping. Draw blade toward you, using a smooth, steady motion and continuing all the way to the end of the material. Make additional passes until desired smoothness is achieved. Use the flat side for scraping straight edges, flip over blade to use appropriate notch for either beveling thin material (up to 1/8"), thick material (up to 3/8"), or creating a rounded edge (up to 1/4"). Continue smooth, steady passes over edge until desired effect is achieved. When finished scraping, material edge is ready for polishing or gluing with no sanding necessary.
