UHMW Mega Sheets
Modern Plastics offers the MegaSheet, which measures an incredible 8 feet by 20 feet making it the largest molded polyolefin sheet available anywhere in the world. Compression molded in UHMW, HDPE or PP, it can be used as one huge sheet or cut to achieve yields that have never been available in these products before. Use the entire 8 ft. x 20 ft. MegaSheet or choose from the new, exclusive sheet options to get the optimal size for your application. One-piece bedliners with no weld seams, 20 ft. long dock fenders that are flat and stressrelieved, and seamless hopper liners that eliminate material flow problems are now possible. An 8 ft. diameter manhole cover can be machined from a single sheet and an unlimited array of material handling, packaging and conveyor components are improved with one-piece designs and better sheet yields. Polystone® Matrox™ Liner
Modern Plastics offers Polystone® Matrox™Liners that are used in a wide variety of industries that handle buld materials from the mining level up to and including the final processing or use of the product. The Matrox Liner helps to prevent problems in flowability due to exposed steel becoming rough and corroded. Polystone® G and P sheets are extruded with exceptionally close tolerances and, since they are always stress-relieved, you can be assured of the flatness. Our unique in-line trimming process produces a clean, square cut that does not require re-trimming.

Sustaview Optical Grade Polycarbonate
Sustaview Optical Grade Polycarbonate offered by Modern Plastics is an optical grade polycarbonate sheet designed for applications such as safety shields, viewing ports and site glasses. Sheets ranging from 5/8" to 2" thick in 48" x 96" are now available from stock with a protective masking on both sides.
