Mod-Pro® Board

Modern Plastics' MOD-PRO® Boardis a cellular vinyl composite board. It is a perfect replacement for wood in most of non-stress-bearing applications.
MOD-PRO® Board looks and feels like wood, but it is better than clear and premium lumber. MOD-PRO® Board is similar to MDF because it contains a type of wood flour similar to that found in MDF, but MDF is 100% compressed wood flour whereas MOD-PRO® Board is primarily PVC. Because the wood flour in MOD-PRO® Board is completely encapsulated by the PVC, this material will not swell, rot, or delaminate like wood, MDF, or MDO. It is lightweight, moisture resistant, resistant to many chemicals, and less susceptible to warping. The edges are much smoother than traditional EPVC, making it easier to seal and finish.

PVDF Film
Modern Plastics' PVDF film is strong and tough as reflected by its tensile properties and impact strength. Compared to many thermoplastics, PVDF has excellent resistance to creep and fatigue, yet in thin sections such as films, PVDF components are flexible and transparent.
Properties:
- Excellent chemical resistance
- Stable to UV and the effects of weather
- Low NBS smoke generation and superior LOI
- Excellent transmittance of solar energy
- Excellent dielectric strength
- High heat resistance
- Excellent physical and mechanical properties for a fluoropolymer
- Resin FDA compliant
- FM 4910 approved
