At Modern Plastics we are committed to providing the customer the right material, on time, the first time. If you do not receive your material as ordered, email us immediately at
customerservice@modernplastics.com.
Damaged Shipments: If a shipment appears damaged, it should be noted by the carrier on the carrier's receipt.
Inspect material prior to receiving or picking up in our Retail Stores before you sign for its acceptance.
Claims for concealed damage on shipments must be filed with the carrier. It is advised that you retain all packing materials, cartons, and/or pictures of the damaged shipment for your claim
Returns: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization in the form of an "RMA" number obtained by calling our sales office.
Any claims for shortage or breakage for any reason must be made within 30 days from date of shipment.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge, plus reconditioning and repacking costs if necessary.
No specially-made, custom fabricated, non-"cataloged," special-ordered, or cut-to-size item may be returned.
We will make every effort to replace the material or refund your money as quickly as possible.
